Rovinj Video Guide
Rovinj is located in the region that I live in, which means I am there quite a lot. I also told the media one time that it was my favorite city in the world and by seeing it in person, you will see why this very bold statement was made.
In the video guide you will see that a visit to Rovinj will be very relaxing. It’s so fun to get lost in the streets at local wine bars and cafes and this will allow you to see the city entirely.
You can stay in Rovinj for several days and use it as base while exploring the whole region. If you want, you can also just spend an afternoon, but make sure of one thing- GO!
Where is it? Istria
How to get here? The easiest way to get here is to travel by Highway (A1), follow the signs to Rovinj center. If you are just parking for the day, there are lots very near the old town so keep following the signs. If the lots are full, they will direct you to another.
Best combined with? Nearby towns of Pula, Porec and hilltop towns like Groznjan, Oprtalj and Motovun. Consider wine tasting and olive oil tasting in the area as well.
Ashley’s favorite thing to do there: The walk up to Sveta Euphemia Church and watching the sunset with a drink at hand!
