The town of Porec is perfectly situated right on the Adriatic Sea. Full of history and one of the most important UNESCO sites in Croatia, it is worth visiting for more than just a couple days. The narrow alleys are full of local restaurants, cafes and gelato. Beaches can be found throughout the area including a small island just 5 minutes away!

Where is it? Istria Peninsula

How to get here? In the season you can take a ferry from Venice.  The drive is about 2.5 hours from Zagreb.
